Your data & deletion

Access and correction

• Signed-in users can edit work listings under Your work profile and home jobs from the dashboard.
• Email privacy@care4sa.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold, or to correct it. We aim to respond within 30 days. The Information Officer is the Care4SA Information Officer.

Delete your account

Deletion removes your Care4SA profile, messages, jobs, photos, and any ID / SAPS / address files still waiting for review. Files already reviewed were already deleted. See data retention for payment references.

Consent

Creating an account asks you to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms. Uploading an ID, SAPS, or address file asks you to confirm we may look at it and then delete the original. You can withdraw by deleting the account or emailing us. Withdrawal does not undo a review that already happened; the original file should already be gone.
