What this is
A Cape Town-first marketplace. You are not hiring Care4SA as an agency. You post what you need — suburb, days, and a rate in rand — and people looking for work apply to you.
How hiring works
Workers never pay to list or apply. During the Cape Town launch, homes can post a job and message in-app for free. Keep phone numbers private until you are ready. Never pay a registration fee or airtime to “unlock” a job.
What we do not do
Care4SA is not the employer of workers. We do not run payroll, UIF, or SARS filings. ID and police-file badges mean we reviewed a document the worker uploaded, then deleted the file — not a live criminal-record search and not Home Affairs confirmation.
Where we operate
We are launching community by community, starting in Cape Town. Johannesburg is next. Coverage is built for all nine provinces as local supply grows.
